Sing Core supplies valuable components to the construction process. Patented Sing panels, posts and beams are integrated into projects where the characteristics of lightweight, high strength, insulation and alternative Eco-friendly manufacturing options are either sought after or used in solving the problems associated with large scale projects.

The process works something, like this:

  1. The Architect specifies, “SingCore” inside the products, let’s say, a large pivot door
  2. The General Contractor seeks out a qualified Millwork who obtains unfinished pivot door from Sing Core
  3. Sing Core manufactures the pivot door blank to architectural specs and ships to millwork
  4. Millwork finishes and installs hardware and provides finished pivot door to the job site
  5. Installers hang and or install the pivot door

We provide the  best substrate for the millwork and door industries to build the best door in the world. The core makes all the difference. If you use LVL core, wood stave core, particle board core, aluminum core, or paper core you should try Sing Core. Millworks know LVL and wood stave is too heavy and warps, aluminum honeycomb core has no precision  once the core is stretched, paper core is similar and offers very little support and no sheer strength. 
We supply our Sing Core door substrate to the largest door manufacturers to replace their door cores as mentioned previously. One of our largest customers said,

1. For a highly smooth paint grade surface, such as lacquer finish. 1 with MDF skin, 2 with AB plywood as surface skin. They have one thing in common; no matter which skin you select, as long as it is artisan grade, it will be guaranteed for the flatness, lightweight, and high strength, which is the highest standard in the industry.
2. Veneer-ready artisan grade Sing substrate panels for doors or high end millwork.
3. Wood stave-ready.  By adding 1/8-inch to 3/8-inch hardwood to create a panel which looks and performs better than any solid wood or any other type of door core, guaranteed.
4. Metal door. Almost any metal, or non-metal skin can be use as Sing door finish material. It functions and looks better than any other method, such as welding, or use other type of frame technology. Sing metal panels are stronger pound for pound than any solid material, lighter in weight, and with the highest precision which means longer life span of the products.

How Strong is Sing’s Core?

Independently tested, Sing’s core is 660 PSI, many times stronger when compared to any other lightweight honeycomb-type building material which usually clocks in at between 10 and 110 PSI.

That’s why you will find Sing Core inside impact doors. Sing says, “If you kick other doors, they will crash,

“Kick my door and you will break your leg.”
