We absolutely love the attention and support from a growing number of homeowners. When I say that we love it, I mean, I really love every one of you. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for you. We have new architects calling us every day because you are saying you want, “Sing Core inside.” I am honored and blessed every time a new architect, millwork or door company calls because of you.
The only time I feel awkward about playing a crucial part in your warp-free insulated, large oversized project, is when you call me because you want to get the product for yourself from me. It’s awkward because I could easily spend one-third of my day trying to explain to potential retail customers – who absolutely love my Eco-friendly contribution – why you cannot get what you want directly from me.
While it remains true that my invention is highly sought after as the solution for warping doors, conference (and other types of) tabletops, sign and tradeshow displays and a hundred other possible lightweight uses spanning distance with little or no support or deflection, I am only able to manufacture my material for use and finishing by others.
As much as you would like to have my product in your home (which I am humbly grateful for your love for my gift to the world), I simply cannot do it.
What I can do is to supply your favorite architect, millwork or door company with my invention, manufactured to architectural specifications. Then they can finish the item that you want (making my work look so beautiful) and install, or have it installed, in the location of your choice.
I don’t like telling anyone that I cannot do what they want, but I can only do what I do; that is to supply your favorite industry professional with the best base material that can be guaranteed not to warp, bend twist or otherwise fail (including full structure warranty) for 50 years.
I am sorry that I cannot deliver to you the end product that you desire, but I promise, if you seek out a professional specializing in finishing the best materials into the products you love, that together we can make all your dreams come true, far exceeding your expectations. This is my personal promise and commitment to you.
In the meantime, I am sorry to inform you, that any calls to me or my company will not result in getting you the product that you want. I apologize, in advance, for having to refer you elsewhere, but I give you my word that I will do everything in my power to assure that together, we will provide you with what you want, and so much more.
