Sing panel strength is in the core!
Sing panels are made around our patented Sing honeycomb/torsion grid box, foam-insulated core which is held together with our patented, formaldehyde-free glue. As such, no matter what type of surface material (“skin”) that is applied, the patented Sing core makes the panel lightweight yet pound-per-pound stronger than steel! Our cores have been independently tested by the University of Washington to be a minimum of 660 PSI. Standard foam core or aluminum core barely reaches 100 PSI. Our steel panels can reach up to 1,000 PSI, yet be true flat and maintenance free. The strength is in our patented core.
