SING SQUARE LOG HOMES INCORPORATED LIMITED WARRANTY

SING SQUARE LOG HOMES, INC. warrants the lightweight composite panels and panel systems manufactured by SING SQUARE LOG HOMES, INC. (“Products”) to be free from structural manufacturing defects for a ten year period from the date of delivery to original purchaser. This warranty does not cover any failure due to damage in transit, improper customer installation, misuse or abuse, or failure caused in whole or in part by failure of other components not incorporated into the Products by Sing Square Log Homes. Sing Square Log Homes, Inc., at its sole discretion and expense will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any Products that Sing Square Log Homes determines to have a structural manufacturing defect. The shipping price may be charged to the customer. Warranty claims must be notified to Sing Square Log Homes in writing or over the phone within thirty (30) days of discovery of the defect and not later than 30 days after the end of the ten year warranty period. After the 10 year warranty period, Sing Square Log Homes will still service defective products, but the customer is responsible for repair and shipping costs. Sing Log Homes reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time. No unauthorized dealer, distributor or employee of Sing Square Log Homes may modify this warranty agreement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This warranty only applies to Honeycomb Panel products produced by Sing Square Log Homes and does not include any products not directly manufactured by Sing Square Log Homes unless otherwise specified in clear detail at the time of purchase.
This limited warranty does not include:

1.) Damages caused by fire, flood, misuse, abuse, dropping, theft, natural disasters and all other external causes.
2.) Using the product for purposes other than the intended manner
3.) Cosmetic damage caused by normal “wear and tear”

Sing Square Log Homes Incorporated only warrants and repairs structural damage if used under normal and specified conditions.

Sing Log Homes is NOT responsible for damages caused by failure to follow instructions.

Sing Log Homes does guarantee that its product will be error free if used correctly.

Exterior doors are not covered in ten year warranty.



OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICES
Before submitting a claim for warranty services, please see all of our help and resources available on our website. To obtain Warranty services, please call (360) 495-3577. Once a Sing  Square Log Homes representative validates your claim, an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization will be supplied to you to include with the product to return. Items without an accompanying RMA will be withheld for up to 30 days, in which you will be notified on instructions for return and shipping. The shipping cost will be billed to you. Lack of payment will result in disposal of the withheld product without any duty to the customer or account.
