Panels are supplied unfinished and ready for integration into your complete door system. System design, framing, hardware, finishing, and installation are provided by your project team.

We supply precision-engineered carriage door panels (sometimes called cores or blanks) that deliver unmatched strength, insulation, and warp-resistance. With SingCore inside, your carriage doors stay true for decades.

What’s Included

When you order carriage door panels from SingCore, you receive:

What’s Not Included

SingCore does not provide complete finished doors.
Your contractor, millwork, or finishing shop will complete these items:

  • Frames or jambs

  • Hardware (hinges, locks, handles, etc.)

  • Hardware preparation (routing, mortising, drilling, etc.)

  • Glazing or glass installation

  • Final hanging or field installation

Our role is providing the substrate / panel only. Your door shop or contractor adds the trim, hardware, glass, and finishes to complete the door.

 

How It Works

  3. Your Shop Finishes the Door – Millwork adds trim, applies finish, installs glass and hardware.

  4. Install in the Field – Contractor hangs the completed carriage door.

Sing carriage doors far exceed the AWI industry standard or ¼ inch deflection to be considered flat.
