Installing Sing Floor Panels is quick and easy! Standard floor panels are narrow, so you have to spend more time installing them. Our floor panels come in two sizes: 4’x8’ or 9”x10’. Both varieties are insulated and coated with five coats of formaldehyde free urethane. Simply install as you would any tongue and groove flooring.
Sing Floor Panels are more sturdy and quiet than conventional flooring. The sound deadening foam core muffles your footsteps. It is also perfectly flat, so it does not squeak even after years of walking and dancing. The torsion box core makes Sing Flooring straight and true.

Challenge: The client needed to install a clean room in a mezzanine section of one of their buildings. The old floor was so heavy that it had started to sag. For a new floor, they required flooring sections that would double as sub-floor/underlayment to reduce the overall weight once tiling was installed.
Sing Solution: The agency chose Sing Flooring because it is light, strong, and easy to install. The 1200 square foot floor was completed within one week because Sing Floor Panels are lightweight and prefinished. The large (96 in x 48 in) sections were fast and easy to install. The torsion box sandwich core strengthens Sing Flooring, allowing it to double as the sub-floor. This client used 2 inch x 2 inch Sing core grids for maximum stability. The total thickness of the floor panels was only one inch. Only Sing sandwich core floors can be so thin and strong.
