The standard Sing Core Insulated Reinforced Torsion Box Sliding Door Blank w/Stiffeners consists of base core material of patented Sing Core, enhanced with patent-pending stiffening technology sandwiched between two exterior faces. Standard facing material is Birch ply. Sliding door blank is framed with 1.25-inch natural wood for finishing strength and attaching hardware.

Features
Smooth Birch ply surface is paint grade (not paint ready) and can be used to apply additional surface materials using cold-press or vacuum press methods by the finishers, millworks, or custom door manufacturers. Alternatively, Sing Core can apply additional surface materials to specifications.

Process of adding additional materials must be approved by Sing Core true flat team to assure the application of additional exterior facings will not void the warranty.

Storage and Protection
Store your Sing Core door in an upright position and allow to acclimate to room temperature following shipment receipt or prior to finishing or installation.
Handling
All Sing products are shipped as unfinished to the millworks and door companies who are highly proficient in working with high-end materials such as Sing Core.
Sing Core works in tandem with the industry professionals and the factory may, or may not, handle some of the detail work, such as applying exterior skins to the door blank.
The door finishing, hardware, framing, and installation are all coordinated before your Sing door blank is built.
Fabricating
Note: Use protective eyewear such as goggles or safety glasses, cover your nose and mouth with a filter mask when cutting Standard Sing Core Insulated Reinforced Torsion Box Sliding Door Blank w/Stiffeners Door Blanks.
