We were approached by one of the leading door and windows companies in the world, Cascade Door and Hardware to make this door that nobody deemed was even possible.  With a span of 25 feet wide and a towering height of 9 feet tall, this door is, hands down, one of the largest doors in the world.

We were approached by Microsoft to accomplish a task known most often in the industry as “mission impossible.”  We rose to the challenge, because we knew we could do it. This door is stronger, straighter, lighter in weight than any other door of its size in the world. Only Sing Core can do this!

One of the most prominent millworks on the West Coast needed the best door he could get his hands on, when he was working on the most beautiful homes in Beverly Hills.  If you live in Beverly Hills, you need the best possible doors to represent your image, because unimpressive doors will damage your status.  Not only are Sing Core doors the strongest in their weight class, they are also up to 80% lighter than solid wood doors.  Moreover, they are warp free and eco-friendly, and far more visually appealing than competing doors.  They can also be made in any size with any skin.

AIA Seattle Design Center Giant Pivot Doors

FAIA Mr. Peterson, a senior architect for Suyama Peterson Deguchi, called on Sing Core to make these huge pivot man doors for the AIA Seattle Design Center remodel.  They needed doors that were extremely strong, yet light weight enough to work with their specialized door hardware.  Their idea was to create a gallery that could be instantly converted into a conference area.  Sing Core patented and patent pending technology made this possible by using our ultra light weight, high strength design.

Without Suyama Peterson Deguchi and Sing Core, AIA would not have been able to accomplish their tasks of converting their office space into a unique, convenient, practical, world-class conference room, gallery rife with style and elegance.

Terminal C-18 Film Screening Room, Minneapolis, Minnesota

The C-18 in Minneapolis, Minnesota Airport needed a double purpose wall, one side for their art exhibit, the other side for their quiet theater screen viewing room.  The problem was that these walls needed to open and close to allow access the the foyer area. 

Terminal C-18 knew there was only one company they could count on to get the job right.  Sing Core rose to the occasion.   

The panels we manufactured and provided by far exceeded their expectations.

Miller Blaker 16 Foot Tall Pivot Door

Miller Blaker came to us with one of the most challenging jobs in the entire world.  They needed doors high quality enough to install on the top floor of the most prestigious building in the world.  They came to Sing Core, because they knew our proven track records of building doors that are not only best in their class in terms of structural stability and strength, but also light weight enough to hang on Miller Blaker’s hardware of choice.  

No one else can achieve the dimensional stability Sing Core can.

These doors had to be perfectly straight, dimensionally stable, and incredibly strong for use in such a challenging scenario.  Miller Blaker required doors that were 16 feet tall, 3 feet wide, yet only 2.25 inches thick.  Often these kinds of dimensions are what industry professionals call “mission impossible.”  Here’s at Sing Core, we make the impossible possible.

Moreover, we built these doors with a solid oak edge that makes the entire door appear like solid wood with no seam.  Only Sing Core can do this!

Brandner Design Incredible Accordion Pivot Sliding Door Room Dividers

With the help of Sing Core, Brandner Design’s amazing innovation and design skills made this door one of the most exceptional doors in the world.  Many people thought it wasn’t possible to make accordion sliding door room divider walls.  No one can shed doubt on these doors, because this video is irrefutable proof.

When their client needed a special door that could divide this room and fit into a recessed receptacle inside the wall, Brandner Design called upon Sing Core to help them with the task.  No other company was better suited to the task, because our panels are stronger, straighter, more dimensionally stable, and lighter, so they’re able to accommodate more hardware and stand the test of time, even after hundreds and thousands of uses.  In the door business, there is one rule that stands true, no matter what kind of door you are installing.  Exceptional panels result in exceptional doors.

On the left is our world renowned Sing Core substrate which you can use to apply any skin.  On the right, is the door finished by the architects.  This beautiful mural door is an example of how an amazing designer or architect can use our panels to create the most beautiful doors imaginable. Mural doors are one of the more interesting ways to use our products. They can also add a great deal of character to an otherwise stale environment.

Metal Doors

Hot Rolled Steel Pivot Door

Sing Core specializes in a wide variety of exceptional quality metal skin doors.  We have hot rolled steel, cold rolled steel, and aluminum skins.  We also offer edge banding as a premiums option.

This beautiful hot rolled steel man door can be opened and closed very.  Check out these beautiful Sing Core doors we manufactured for Jet City Winery.  The hot rolled steel appearance gave them the amazing darkened look.  We used 20 gauge steel with edge banding, which gave the doors a very heavy look, like solid steel, but with the patented and patent pending Sing Core design, we were able to make them very light. 

The best metal doors in the industry have Sing Core inside them.  We start with a super strong, super light, ultra straight panel, then encase it completely in metal, resulting in a metal door that is  up to 900% lighter than solid metal doors, while maintaining increased structural strength, better resistance to warping, and a much higher degree of visual appeal.  No one else can do this!
