Sing Panel gives you all the benefits of using our patented lightweight, high strength, insulated torsion box composite material with the option of having open edges (SingCore material visible on the edges) or closed edge (material closing the edge blocking the view of SingCore interior) and available in three grades: Standard, Premium and Professional.

Open edge Sing Panel (formerly Sing Sandwich) is the least expensive option with the greatest degree of flexibility for manufacturing.

Sing Core 2×4
Sing Core 2×4 is conveniently sized for lightweight and inexpensive delivery to your location. The Sing Core 2×4 is sized 48 in. x 24 in. x 1.5 in. with ¼” lightweight plywood exterior material for easy bonding with regular carpentry glue; great for projects and use as core material inside your projects of any size, type or style.
Sing Door Blank 3×8
The Sing Door Blank 3×8 is the ultimate door core material for making standard sized doors. This is the stock material used by high-end door manufacturers that can be cut to any size standard door width and height from its original 96 in. x 36 in. x 1.5 in, door blank size and features smooth ¼” Birch plywood exterior surface material. Standard Sing Panel 4×8
Standard Sing Panel 4×8 is the base inch-and-a-half commodity material that can be used for just about anything, measures 96 in. x 48 in. x 1.5 in. with ¼” lightweight plywood exterior surfaces. Easy to rip, cut and saw with standard carpentry equipment, just like traditional plywood. The Standard Sing Panel 4×8 is the Eco-friendly high-end replacement material for plywood, particleboard and honeycomb core materials.
Sing 3/4 inch Torsion Box Cabinetry Panels
Patented Torsion Box Cabinetry Panels (TBCP) are our other standout commodity building material that is perfect for high-end cabinet and furniture manufacturers. The revolutionary replacement for 3/4” plywood, particleboard and standard honeycomb materials comes in 4×8 standard size measuring 96 in. x 48 in. x .75 in, with smooth 1/8” MDF exterior surface area (option of lightweight plywood exterior available). Closing Open Edge Sing Panels

Hot-Press-Ready Sing Panel
A Hot-Press-Ready Sing Panel is a specially custom manufactured Premium Sing Panel designed for hot pressing thin wood veneers designed for high pressure and heat to bond thin veneers. Applications of Open Edge Sing Panels
A: Use as filler or core material similar to balsa wood, wood core, or any type of honeycomb core alternative
B: Cut to size to build your own solid wood Sing Panel by removing exposed SingCore material between the two stress skins, then install solid wood on the edge where the SingCore was removed. See how CNC machine removes SingCore for installing a solid wood edge:
C: Use as a shelf, partition wall, lightweight ceiling or table top by adding edge banding. An open edge Sing Panel could easily add edge banding without a solid wood edge, just like any other type of sandwich material requiring attached edge banding.
