This creates the best non-warp, lightweight, high strength panel material for superior construction. Standard Sing Sandwich continues to break all records for flatness but it will move if the skin is made of porous materials (non metal or plastic). In the event one side is exposed to excessive moisture or temperature then it could cause warping if the panel is very thin. If you have high expectations for non warping (which most of the high end large doors have problems with) Professional Sing Sandwich is the only insulated sandwich panel that warps less than any known core material. A Professional Sing Sandwich panel consists of a substrate of 1 inch patented Sing Core^® torsion box reinforced insulated substrate with special patent pending Sing stiffeners sandwiched between two ¼ inch sheets of plywood, resulting in the most Eco-friendly lightweight and high-strength (660 PSI, stronger than steel pound-for-pound) non-warp material. Standard Professional Sing Sandwich

The Professional Sing Sandwich panel takes the standard Sing Sandwich panel to a new level of high precision and increased performance. The Standard Professional Sing Sandwich panel comes in standard 4 ft. x 8 ft. x 1.5 in. size that can be cut, ripped or sawn into any shape, size or thickness in your wood working shop (no special tools required).

Standard skin = 1/4 inch plywood Option = Marine-grade plywood

Available in any thickneess from half-inch to 6 inch.

Standard Professional Sing Sandwich panels are specially re-enforced for increased performance by our team of experienced professionals with an acute sense of composite technologies to create a professional panel that will have the structural integrity to far exceed performance standards deemed “acceptable” by the trade industry.
