These 16 ft tall 3 ft wide 2.25-inch thick warp-free door panels are among the only Eco-friendly lightweight, high strength, insulated doors made in the USA that can be guaranteed not to warp, bend, twist, cup or otherwise fail for 50 years.
Features of the 14′ Tall Oak Doors
The most outstanding feature of these doors is the extreme size. Many door manufacturers will not even consider building a door at this size, because of the myriad difficulties. Without an advanced technology such as SingCore, a 14′ wood door would be extremely heavy and have the potential to warp over time.
These White Oak doors weight in at a slight 220 pounds each, around a third the weight of a similar door made without SingCore inside. Our patented and patent pending proprietary construction process allowed these doors to be not only extremely light, but also extremely straight. We guarantee all our “professional” grade doors last for 50-years.
Not only functional, these amazing door panels have the look and feel of solid wood. Our “green” technology means that we reduce overall resource usage and primarily use renewable resources such as wood for the construction of our panels.
