Patented Sing core technology is used to make Sing sandwich panels 20 percent the weight of solid wood.  Even Sing plywood is one-third lighter than standard plywood panels.  The average weight of a Sing panel is 1/2 pound to 2 pounds per square foot.  Yet, our patented Sing honeycomb/torsion box (insulated grid) core  is structured in such a way that Sing panels are inch-per-inch stronger than steel!  So, Sing panels are lightweight and strong enough to ship to anywhere in the U.S. at a fraction of the cost of shipping regular building materials.

Therefore, regular 4×8 slatwall sheets weigh in at 80 to 90 pounds, yet Sing lightweight slatwall panels only weigh 32 pounds.   An oversized door that would normally weigh  around 1,500 pounds will weigh around 300 pounds when made with Sing Core panels.  Shelves made with Sing panels are extremely lightweight yet sturdy.  Sing logs to build a dream log home  generally weigh under 70 pounds each and can be moved entirely by hand!

Sing panels are the lightweight alternative!
