Get started by filling out the online Questionnaire.
Visit your lender to qualify or pre-qualify a construction loan.
Arrange an initial planning session with Sing Home to discuss your project and get a rough estimate.
Modify your existing design for Sing Home System.
Retain a Designer. Sing Home can either provide you with in-house design services, refer you to an outside designer, or work with your own designer.
After the design is finalized, construction documents can be prepared, and detailed estimate can be made.
A deposit is required for production to begin.
Sing Home does not provide professional engineering services, but can refer you to an engineer (in Washington state), or supply the engineering report for your engineer to review.
Sing Logs and other materials in the Package are delivered to the site. Remaining balance is due 2 months prior to delivery.
Your house plan can be developed from stock plan or can be started from scratch.
