Sing Core’s response to the evolving COVID-19 Outbreak

It has been over a year since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and there is still no end in sight. This simple device will possibly provide virus-free air to every person on earth. If everyone is to wear this breathing apparatus for only 15 days and then COVID-19 will become history. The only way this will work is if everyone wears this hood. The plastic breathing hood costs less than 10 cents. The entire disinfectant breathing apparatus might cost less than the vaccine. This is a new idea from the same inventor who also invented the most popular filtered breathing apparatus which is currently being used by doctors and medical staff around the world.
The virus has so many new and different variations. Maybe the current vaccine will not protect from these mutations of the virus. Stop the virus before it gets worse. You will never know what viruses can present in the future. This protective breathing apparatus can protect your respiratory system from being exposed, no matter what type of virus may present itself.

We have seen enough of COVID-19. Some of us have adapted to the precautions we have to take and accepted them as the new normal. This is not okay, we need action. We need to go back to the way things were before COVID-19 ruled our lives. Luckily we have our new invention, the protective breathing apparatus, which is being elaborated upon everyday. This invention will eradicate the virus out of thin air!
The picture above is from Peter’s previous invention but it is the same concept and general design of the breathing hood as the new improved invention that is specialized for COVID-19. Also, we have found a video of a similar device used for evacuating a burning building or smoky area.
This hood in the video is very similar to the breathing hood of our breathing apparatus, but the hood from our protective breathing apparatus does not contain the filter as seen in the video. The filtration system is a device in itself, connected to the breathing hood through an airtight hose. This filtration device works relatively similar to an air scrubber, often used in factories. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the concept of an air scrubber please see the video below.
As you see in the video, the solution is mixed with the incoming air. The solution is what filters the air. The difference in our filtration device is that our solution will be based on a disinfectant, such as alcohol or soap, in order to break down the molecules of the virus. Another difference is that our filtration device will be a portable size. It is small enough for the user to carry anywhere they may need to go. Below is a video describing and depicting how a disinfectant (in this case soap) breaks down the ‘Coronavirus’ on a molecular level.

We just want to say thank you to those of you that reached out to us with your ideas and questions regarding the protective breathing apparatus. We appreciate your efforts to share your opinions with us. For those who haven’t contacted us, or haven’t had a chance to contact us, we thought that maybe a visual aid would help solidify the concepts of this apparatus.

The most notable improvement is the purifying/filtration device. The filtration system operates similar to that of an air scrubber. For those who aren’t familiar with an air scrubber’s operation, please watch the video below for optimal understanding.
The virus filtration device concept will work similarly to this description of an air scrubber but will contain a disinfecting solution and will be a portable size so that the user can easily wear everywhere they may go.

Some of us thought that COVID-19 wouldn’t affect our daily lives, but now most of us have had encounters or close encounters with the ‘Coronavirus.’ People shouldn’t have to go out in fear of catching a deadly disease. You shouldn’t have to worry about contracting a virus when visiting your family or friends. There needs to be an answer to the big question of “When will this come to an end??” Well we have an answer! We have developed a protective breathing apparatus that filters air so finely that it can stop the virus in its tracks. After doing so, it is designed to kill the virus by breaking it down the cellular structure of the virus. I fully realize that valuable new ideas in the past have always been met with skeptics, and I don’t want to be dismissive when I may well be wrong. But I have to say, I think you face a real uphill battle here for several reasons.
I did a little research on your competition, I see that 3M make a product, the Versaflo TR-300, and I used that as a basis of comparison and education. One key fact is that this 3M device delivers 185 liters of air per minute. You mentioned that you would sterilize air by mixing it with soap or alcohol. Right off, we can eliminate the alcohol idea, evaporated alcohol vapor (that can’t be separated out) would not be tolerated at levels able to kill virus, I believe. Even with soap, I worry about vapors from evaporation or incomplete separation in a centrifuge separator, being inhaled. Even if substantially less than 185 liters would be adequate, say 90 (?), aerosolizing enough of a soap like product for this volume, mixing with air for an adequate amount of time, and then completely separating out this product at such high flow rates just doesn’t sound workable.
I like the UV light idea better, I found a UV-C sterilizing bulb that consumes only 6 Watts of power that perhaps could sterilize air flowing at such a high rate (???). It only costs $3.01, so that’s affordable. If you go this way, I don’t see that you could treat exhaust air with the same bulb, mixing intake and outflow takes much higher flow rates needed to dilute expired CO2 and allow enough O2.
I think with the trillions being spent on vaccination, you will find this a tough sell, even if you manage to overcome the many practical issues that will come up with adequate sterilization and affordable production. Plus, people don’t want to wear a mask, let alone a hood, so that is a real issue.
I think your best chance of success would be to come up with a more affordable alternative that could be used in ER’s and stockpiled for future pandemics, but funding sounds like a challenge.
Sorry I’m not more excited, but that’s what I think at this point.

“I think that we could simplify your design a little, to get the same “wash effect.”
I am looking at rebreather designs, which use a sponge, brass wool, or similarly porous material that holds the liquids, and allows the air to pass through with lot’s of wetted surface area. Another variation are swamp coolers. This would eliminate the need for a rotating brush. A small pump to keep the surface wetted would be the only power draw.

this concept could be scaled down to your filtration tube. Similar concept with a rebreather. The breathing air passes through a unit with a chemical solution in a porous material to keep it wetted and increase surface area:

Either way, a small fan to make up for the flow restriction, like that on a PAPR, would make breathing effortless.

We need your help to stop COVID-19.

As an inventor, Peter’s dream is to help build a better world. He doesn’t regret that he did not profit from his previous invention, he is very glad to be able to help people. This is how it works:
This product is a portable device that mixes your air intake (which may be contaminated with viruses) with a disinfectant to kill all viruses. The clean air also goes through a UV process (if necessary) and is pumped through to a soft plastic cover which envelopes the entire head to protect the user from breathing surrounding air. For users who may carry the virus, exhaled air is also sent through the processor to kill the virus, thereby avoiding transmission to others.
This device could effectively stop the spread of COVID-19 while allowing everyone to go about their everyday tasks (i.e. work, shopping, school, travel). Today we are all faced with the deadly COVID-19 virus. Some of us may have thought that it wasn’t a big ordeal, or we didn’t need to worry about that. But today it is continuously getting worse and more people are seeing the effects firsthand. Fortunately the inventor Peter Sing may have come up with a solution. He has devoted his life to creating inventions to help make the world a better place. He currently holds over 30 US. and foreign patents. His most recent invention might be the best way to eradicate COVID-19 from the Earth. The idea behind this invention is so simple even a highschool student would understand and believe this simple method might work. This protective breathing apparatus is derived from one of his previous patents from over 30 years ago, US. Patent no. 4,815,458. This new and improved invention will have the potential of killing the COVID-19 virus. This invention is a specialized protective breathing apparatus designed to purify incoming air of the novel ‘Coronavirus.’ Peter Sing’s inventions have been showing commercial success. Proof of this is the main premise of this website.
This new invention may be the only way to stop the transmission of this horrible virus! It is the simplest, easiest to build, most lightweight, compact, portable, economical, and reliable way to eradicate the COVID-19 virus and other potential harmful contaminants forever. This device uses a variety of fans to induct air and compress it through mechanical filters as well as passing the air through chambers designed to disinfect the air through means of a centrifuge containing a disinfectant solution (soap, alcohol, and other types of disinfectant etc…) and/or a UV light chamber. The air then travels to a disposable transparent soft plastic hood, enveloping the entire head so that the user is fully protected from the virus above the shoulders. This device not only purifies the incoming air but also the air exhaled is purified before being expelled into the atmosphere. So, even if the user were to be carrying the virus, they cannot infect the air and people around them.
This highly specialized protective breathing apparatus has the potential to eliminate inhalation of any airborne COVID-19 molecules while also eliminating transmission of COVID-19 molecules into the atmosphere among infected wearers. If everyone in a given place (city, state, country, or even continent) were to wear this protective breathing apparatus for 30 days, the ‘Coronavirus’ may be no more. There are a plethora of researchers racing to find a vaccine for COVID-19, but it is something that will take time. The last two weeks have been a challenge navigating a temporary shutdown of our operations.
After much discussion, we have decided that we will begin to partially re-open our operations in limited capacity as an “essential” business under Homeland Security’s and Washington State Governor Inslee’s published guidelines as, “Workers who support the manufacture and distribution of forest products, including, but not limited to timber, paper, and other wood products.”
Unfortunately, the current business & health climate does not allow for us to return to full operations at this time, so we must re-open in phases. Departments will continue to open progressively as they are more essential to operations.
Some Office and Warehouse staff will begin to return tomorrow, Tuesday April 7th.
Our re-opening will be done in strict observation of the Washington State Health Department’s and CDC’s health & safety guidelines. All employees who will be returning to work will elect to by their own choice. Sales staff who have chosen to stay home will remain working from home.
All warehouse and factory employees will be required to wear additional company provided PPE including gloves and face masks at all times. 6-foot distancing will be enforced at all workstations, time clocks, and break rooms. Meeting rooms will be limited to two occupants at a time, while bathrooms will be restricted to a single person.
Thanks to our large inventories we see little to no affect in our supply chain capabilities. We do not foresee shipments being extensively delayed and we hope to service all of our clients as normal.
This is a difficult decision for us trying to balance the financial and health safety ramifications, but we believe that the two of these situations can be addressed together with proper precautions and support from our whole team.
