PAYMENT POLICY:

Orders under $2,000 require a 100% up-front payment before production.

Orders over $2,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering, which is payable by check, wire transfer, or credit card. Credit Cards are charged an extra 4% processing charge. Once SingCore has finished producing your panels, the remaining 50% of the order must be collected prior to shipping.

MARKETING REBATE

You may be able to get a special discount (standard is 10%) for providing Sing Core with acceptable drawings, pictures, videos, and reviews of your special project demonstrating the positive attributes of Sing Core in the field. To be entitled to your marketing rebate, you must request it and have your request approved prior to placing your order with Sing Core. Marketing rebate participants will pay the price invoiced and receive a check from Sing Core as a rebate in the amount noted on your invoice following the receipt and approval of your submission.

CHANGE ORDERS

There are no Change Orders after the approval of drawings. In the event that last minute changes and/or accommodations need to be made, there will be charges incurred based on the elements of the Change Order. Salesperson is not allowed to negotiate changes. Change orders must be approved by management.

SHIPPING:

For trade professionals and wholesalers, SingCore uses common carrier and truck brokers. Shipping costs vary based on several factors. Shipping quotes are not 100% accurate, despite our best efforts, shipping does occasionally exceed the quoted price. All shipping costs over the quoted price will be the responsibility of the customer.

Homeowners can pick up their orders from the millworks or door companies that finished your Sing products.

DELIVERY:

Our normal delivery time is 4 to 8 weeks. For rush orders, please call for accommodation.

If you require a rush order, rush fees are as follows:

Ship in 4 weeks upon 50% deposit – 20% price increase
Ship in 3 weeks upon 50% deposit – 40% price increase
Ship in 2 weeks upon 50% deposit – 70% price increase
Ship in 1 Weeks upon 50% deposit– 100% price increase

Panel Quality:

All Panels come as unfinished, Paint or Stain Grade – NOT – Paint or Stain Ready. Paint grade means that the product will have minor nicks, scratches and rough patches. Millwork or door company will need to fill, sand and paint to desired finish. Sing products are shipped only to qualified finishers who are responsible for preparing product to finished quality. Panels may be required to acclimated to your area especially for over-length or thin panels.

Sing Clients

It is the intention of Sing Core to be made available to the public one day but at present we can only supply the exceptional trade professional who rely on our patented lightweight high strength building material to create products and structures which would not otherwise be possible. We maintain the highest level of confidence with our regular clientele who are experienced in using and handling patented Sing products.

We welcome new millworks and door companies to work with us and use patented Sing products, with the ability to pass on our 50-year warp-free guarantee. New clients should have an understanding of how to handle and deal with Sing products.

Please consult with us if you require an extremely true flat product, as skin options may vary the flatness of the finished product. Professional products with written warranty are guaranteed to meet or exceed AWI standards for warp.

50-YEAR NON-WARP GUARANTEE:

Sing Products come with a limited 50 year guarantee. You can read more about the warranty here. Talk to SingCore before you order any large oversize door. We guarantee our panels for flatness within the Architectural Woods Incorporated standards.
