Our patented Sing panel core is a honeycomb/torsion box foam grid wherein the wood grain is perpendicular to the skin and held together with our patented formaldehyde-free glue. Our patented Sing cores are 90 percent air, which does not move, and are supported by the strongest structure possible. Because there is no movement in the core, the surface material (“skin”) will not delaminate and leak. Therefore, plywood structures made with Sing plywood panels make the best outside structures.
