Upscale High-end Tiny House

Expires August 25th, 2017

Tiny-House-on-wheels-with-flowers-lightweight-high-strengthMany people, who stick their toe in the water of the Tiny House movement, are lulled by the inexpensive option(s) associated with living affordably in a structure that is a fraction of the square footage of a larger home. To some this makes perfect sense and is an Eco-friendly approach to living more simply for a better future.

WARNING

Be forewarned: Contrary to the perception of uneducated or inexperienced potential Tiny House builders, the costs associated with building a Tiny House might be more than expected. In fact, the cost per square foot can be much more than a traditional home.

Initial costs aside, a Tiny House is still an excellent option to reduce regular monthly expenses, using less energy, reducing your carbon footprint and living a more sustainable life for the future of all earth’s creatures.

GOOD NEWS

One company helps the most earth-conscious Tiny House builder to build an upscale, high-end Tiny House that outperforms the standard Tiny House fare. The company, Sing Core, provides lightweight, high-strength panels that can be quickly and easily assembled.

Tiny House on Wheels side-by-side comparison:

Let’s look at two identical Tiny Houses; one built with traditional materials, and one using patented Sing Core construction.
Both 130 square feet Tiny Houses are built on identical 18 ft. trailers, and feature:
A 19 ft. x 8 ft. footprint, 6 ft. x 3 ft. bathrooms, lofts and a road height of 13’ 5”

Traditional Tiny House
Ceiling height: 6′ 3″
Loft height: 3′ 8″
Weight: ~5600 lbs.
Sing Tiny House
Ceiling Height 6’ 8”
Loft Height: 4’
Weight: ~2600 lbs.

Think about it:
With that much weight reduction,
how much bigger could your space be?

Pre-fabricated Insulated Structural Walls

In comparison, the unique attributes of patented Sing sandwich panels are pre-fabricated walls with exterior on one-side and interior on the other.

Go Frameless

No frame is needed to build the Sing Tiny House. All the structure and insulation is already built into the wall.  tiny-house-on-wheels-on-the-back-of-my-truckIn fact, even though patented Sing Core is featured in the most exclusive Tiny Houses, Sing Core does not design or build Tiny Houses. Sing Core only supplies the lightweight, high-strength, pre-insulated panels to your favorite lumber yard.

Expense?

Granted, Sing Sandwich panels are more expensive than standard 2×4 or 2×6 frame but the results are outstanding resulting in a more truer green long-term solution to Tiny House living.  Due to the added expense Sing sandwich panels are primarily used in upscale, high-end Tiny House designs.

Experimentation Encouraged

Sing Core does not have an R&D department specializing in the Tiny House industry, but they do actively support Tiny House enthusiasts who desire to take their innovative Tiny House concepts to the next level and make them available to the Tiny House community at large.

What is the Next Level?

Who knows what the next new breakthrough design might be. Sing Core is currently running a national Folding Modular Tiny House Competition inviting Tiny House builders to use Sing Sandwich panels to create collapsible homes; like this folding house idea video:

Indeed, there are many ideas on Tiny House drawing boards and in the minds of Tiny House enthusiasts. And there are many designers who are struggling with the issues associated with lightweight, high-strength and superior insulation.

Other ideas include the expandable custom slide-outs featured in Jay Oistead’s Ragsdale Tiny House video:

Let Your Creativity Run Wild!

Even though Sign Core only supplies their Sing Sandwich panels to lumber yards for distribution, they do have a marketing division that encourages experimentation with Sing Sandwich panels. Reviewed on a case-by-case basis, they may partially subsidize your creative genius in exchange for documentation of your project.
If you new idea warrants, Sing Core will also help promote your idea and possibly partner with you to support you in taking your design to the masses.
Your idea is likely to be accepted if you have a unique proposition that can take advantage Sing Core’s extraordinary attributes of being pre-insulated, sound-deadening, lightweight, high-strength and Eco-friendly.

Addressing the Challenges

For most Tiny House builders, the Tiny House building process can be daunting. For instance, see this video that depicts the time-lapse of a Tiny House build that lasted 88 days:

In contrast, we believe that you should be able to build a Tiny House in a day, if not in hours – and have the option of easily dismantling and/or moving your Tiny House – and reassembling or relocating rapidly with ease.

As one Tiny House enthusiast requested:

I need a Tiny House that is lightweight that can be flat-packed, so that I can set it up anywhere I want… and when the inspector comes by, I can quickly and easily break it down, relocate it (if I have to) and rebuild it when and where I want (or can).

And we believe such a home should be pre-insulated, structurally sound, offer privacy, safety and security while looking spectacular while it is being enjoyed either as temporary shelter or a home.

Sing Core – and you – can make this and many other dreams come true.

Contact us if you have a Tiny House dream that we can help to bring to fruition.

Folding Modular House Competition

Expires July 28th, 2017

Four years ago a company introduced a concept that was recently presented to Sing Core. An excellent idea that did not work out well due to not having access to the adequate building materials.

This aluminum shelter was a great idea and design, being unfolded and assembled quickly is a magnificent concept for a temporary structure, but not being insulated makes it only a high quality tent structure, or a hot box in the sun.

Take the Challenge

Sing Core would like to partner with the right person/company to redesign this insulated folding and/or modular concept.

Introduction-to-Container-Homes-Buildings-1Sing Core will provide you with the materials to build a complete insulated (up to R6.5) 8 ft x 19 ft structure. We will supply windows, door, gray water tank and hinges for folding design at below cost. Structure materials will include reinforced torsion box Sing Sandwich panels with aluminum exterior surface (paintable and weatherproof) and plywood, aluminum or HPL interior walls.

We believe in this concept and the value that it would have to the world at large. As easy and quickly as they can be built, they could be dismantled, broken down and moved to another location with little cost or effort.

Last year, we introduced our World’s Smallest House being built in five-and-a-half minutes to battle homelessness and to provide moveable temporary shelter.

This is the next logical step, and Sing Core is the missing ingredient in designs that were not accepted by the marketplace at large.

Imagine building a flat packed home in very little time that can be shipped to any location via truck and trailer in quantity at very little cost due to being so lightweight yet stronger than steel. Sing Core makes these small home building kits possible and inexpensive.

We need your help.

Our job is to provide the best material to build the best products especially if it needs to be lightweight and high strength. We want to support you in achieving this task and the end result can be rewarding; providing an Eco-friendly life style by helping to engineer this pop up house structure of the future at an affordable price.

That’s where you come in.

We will help subsidize your genius if you can help us design these folding and/or modular structure small homes.

What’s in it for you?

We will supply you with the same materials that we would supply our engineering team to do the project in-house at below wholesale cost. Plumbing and utilities are all easily installed and run in the double-floor system.

What do you do for us?

Help us design the most effective house kits, supply us with your design details, and a timed video of the assembly process.

Your reward?

Get all the materials at below cost (and we will help with shipping costs) and we will feature your design skills on our high-traffic web site, as you help us to make the world a better place with Sing Core. Plus, you will have a partnership invitation from us to help provide your design to the world.

Limited Offer

This offer is only made available to interested parties for a limited time and we will help you help us take this to market, if you can do it quickly and efficiently.

Looking forwarding to your joining the Sing team for a better world,

-Inventor, Peter Sing

Sing Core is the go-to revolutionary building material that is pre-insulated, lightweight, high strength that is providing Sing Sandwich panels that build the most effective, high-end Tiny House that is more versatile that any other Tiny House design.

For example the Tiny Houses in these photos weight in at only 2,000 pounds complete (in comparison to other tiny houses that weigh more than 5,000 pounds). You can see that you can build it on a trailer or move around easily on a piano dolly (see photos).

It is these lightweight yet stronger-than-steel attributes that make Sing Core the best material for building these specialty housing projects. Nothing else can compare.

Design Update

One design re-conception included making the base of the structure a four-foot-tall box/container that would house all of the living components i.e., the countertops, sinks, toilets, furniture, etc… the rest of the upper structure materials could be folded atop (or fit inside) this base. See drawings below (this design includes a two-piece Dutch door to accommodate folding, though many other options exist).

What are your ideas?
