Slat Wall Display Problems
The challenge for slat wall displays is the issue of weight, strength, and maintaining displays that are perfectly straight, or non warping, so the trade show panels will last for many uses. If the panels are too heavy, they will be very difficult to transport and assemble. You will spend more money on shipping and transport fees. Moreover, you will have a very tough time setting up your panels. Many panels on the market today are not durable. Our panels will last you well over 50 shows, meaning the price of the panels will pay for themselves over and over, throughout the life of the product, saving you a great deal of time and money in the long run. Most slat wall panels are made of particle board, meaning they are heavy and weak, not stable at all.
Slat Wall Display Solutions
We have solved all of the problems associated with slat wall displays. Our patented methods have allowed us to build your slat wall panels to be much lighter and stronger than panels made by anyone else. This means you will have a much easier time assembling and transporting our panels. We realize, one of the most difficult things about trade shows is the difficulty of assembling and disassembling your displays. If the panels are too heavy to assemble yourself, you will utilize a great deal of money hiring people to do it. That is why we make panels that are lighter and stronger. Our panels do not contain particle board, which means they are stronger lighter in weight, and more versatile. Our panels are easier to assemble and disassemble. They use our patented and patent pending technology, the same technology used in our award winning trade show panels.

3. Hardwood Plywood Door
1 Paint Grade Door
Our most popular door blanks are paint grade, and can be made to your specs including surface materials of,
Birch ply (most common)
Wood plywood
MDO
HPL
Other material, as specified
2 Wood Grain and Wood Stave Door
Besides paint grade for the surface, we also provide solid wood stave laminate on both sides of the sliding door. Wood stave is easy to work with and will last. Your Sing wood stave door will be more high precision than solid wood door (less warping, and twist and crack) due to Sing Core’s extremely high tolerance (+/- .006 inch) and, rigidity and high strength (660+ PSI) and professional grade wood grain and wood stave doors are certified and guaranteed not to warp, bend, twist, or otherwise fail for 50 years.
Sing Core provides hot-press ready door blanks to door manufacturers who add wood veneer on both sides of Sing door blanks which are made of Luan skin or marine grade plywood sandwich with patented Sing Core in the middle, solid wood around 4 edges and wood block implants where needed for hardware.
Note: Veneer has to be handled very carefully every step of the way during production (we prefer to let the millworks handle this delicate procedure) and it is easy to damage by users over the years (but wood stave can be easily sanded and repaired).

Available in any available wood species, most common are Sapele, Oak, and Maple ply.
Birch Plywood
Plywood
Marine Grade Ply
Sing Hardwood ply door has excellent strength, yet is lightweight, features good insulation and better sound deadening qualities than solid wood plank doors.
When you spend $10,000 to $100,000 on a door and it warps, can you fix it? No.
It may be a beautifully and skillfully handmade door, but if it is warped, it fails to function as a door to any level of satisfaction.
These expensive doors are made with solid materials or core substrate material which is the weakest link. The core of the door determines the weight, strength, and long term performance of the door. Only doors with patented and patent-pending Sing Core technology inside can be guaranteed not to warp or fail regardless of size, exterior surface material used, or style of door for 50 years.
“We’ve switched from using LVL door core to Sing Core and no longer have to worry about warped doors.”
While LVL and wood-based door cores are fine for standard sized doors, these are not practical for large doors because they increase the weight of the door significantly making it more apt to fail, expensive to handle, maintain, and even potentially dangerous.
This is why the top door companies, millworks, and custom door manufacturers rely on Sing Core delivering the best door substrate enabling them to warranty wooden and large doors.
Would you settle for a 1-year warranty?
Most doors come with the standard 1 year warranty (large doors may only carry a 30-day warranty, or more commonly, are exempt from any warranty at all) because, as is well known and they say in the industry,
Sing door blanks are the best foundation for building the best doors. The Sing American French Door is revolutionizing the American modern door industry. Using Sing door blanks adds unparalleled core value to your doors; with it any size of door can be built that will not warp, bend or twist.
The technology that enables door manufacturers to build Eco-friendly lightweight high-strength doors was invented and is 100% made in the USA.

Sing Core: The Secret to Building Warp-Free, Large Pivot Door
A 50-Year Pivot Door Guarantee That Stands Out
If you’re an architect or designer working on a large pivot door, always ask about the warranty. Most companies only offer a one-year guarantee, especially excluding large pivot doors because they often warp. Why risk it? Sing Core offers a 50-year warp-free guarantee, so you don’t have to worry. Instead of stressing over warping issues, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your door will stay flawless for decades.
If your door manufacturer doesn’t offer this kind of warranty, specify that your door must have “Sing Core inside.” With Sing Core, your door is not only impressive but built to last as long as your home does.
Building a Warp-Free, Large Pivot Door
Pivot doors are stunning features in high-end homes. However, their large size and lack of side hinges present challenges. Keeping these doors warp-free is critical. Without side hinges to stabilize them, pivot doors must be designed to withstand daily use. Traditional large doors, made with wood cores or wall-like frames, tend to warp. A wall can’t handle the same impact as a door—so why build a door like a wall?
Sing Core Pivot Doors
Why Pivot Doors Warp and Fail Over Time
Large pivot doors are especially prone to warping. Natural materials like wood shift due to changes in temperature and humidity. This makes it difficult for conventional doors to stay perfectly straight, especially over time. If a door frame is built like a wall, it will eventually fail. Doors face more stress than static walls. Without the right reinforcement, these doors start to sag, warp, or break down from daily use.
How Sing Core Revolutionizes Pivot Door Design
Sing Core is the game-changer. This patented technology turns pivot doors into high-performance works of art. Architects and door manufacturers across the U.S. choose Sing Core not just for its 50-year warp-free guarantee but for its precision. With a tolerance of ±0.006 inches, Sing Core is one of the most accurate materials in the composite industry.
But precision isn’t its only strength. Sing Core also boasts 660+ PSI, making it stronger than steel pound-for-pound. Its lightweight strength keeps large pivot doors straight and stable, even in extreme conditions. The result? A stunning, warp-resistant door that’s easy to use and beautiful to look at.

Luxury Homes Demand Perfect Pivot Doors
In a luxury home, every detail matters. When you invest millions, the front pivot door—the focal point of the property—should reflect that. A custom-designed pivot door makes a bold statement, welcoming guests and enhancing curb appeal. With Sing Core inside, your front door will not only look stunning but remain flawless for 50 years, free from warping or sagging.
High-end architects and developers are embracing the trend of designing large pivot doors for dramatic entrances. The bigger the door, the more impressive it looks. Real estate developers know these grand entryways boost a home’s value and attract buyers with their striking curb appeal.

Pivot Door Styles: More Than Just a Center Pivot
Pivot doors often have a center pivot, but it’s not the only option. While a centered pivot gives a 50% opening, moving the pivot closer to one edge creates more access on one side. For maximum clearance, you can even opt for an edge-pivot door, which works like a traditional hinge door.
A great example is the 10×12 double pivot doors at the Center for Architecture & Design in Seattle. Each door is 12 feet wide and 5 inches thick, opening to reveal 23 feet of access. These doors also include a man door for daily use, so you don’t need to open the full pivot door every time.
Creating Floor-to-Ceiling Pivot Doors
Large pivot doors aren’t limited by size. They can span from floor to ceiling and be customized to any width or thickness. In modern homes, many designers are pushing the limits with pivot sliding doors. These doors combine pivoting and sliding hardware, creating accordion-style panels that separate or combine spaces effortlessly. Pivot sliding doors are perfect for open-plan living areas, offering flexibility to transform rooms into one large, connected space.
What Makes Sing Core Pivot Doors Unique?
With Sing Core inside, you can design pivot doors using materials that would otherwise be too heavy or prone to warping. Common materials include:
Metal: Aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized steel
Natural woods: Mahogany, walnut, cedar, or exotic species
Stone: Marble, granite, or sandstone
Concrete: Ideal for modern industrial designs
Thanks to Sing Core’s lightweight structure, these heavy materials can be used without sacrificing performance.
The Lightweight Solution for Heavy Pivot Doors
The problem with large pivot doors isn’t just warping—it’s weight. Heavy doors put strain on hardware and can even damage the surrounding structure. Over time, this can lead to costly repairs and constant maintenance to keep the hardware and frame intact.
Sing Core solves this with its strong yet lightweight core. The torsion box design keeps the door solid and rigid without extra weight. The interior grid is also filled with rigid insulation, enhancing soundproofing and boosting energy efficiency with added R-value.
The Sing Core Advantage: Guaranteed Warp-Free for 50 Years
Without the right core, natural wood pivot doors will warp, twist, or cup over time. But with Sing Core inside, you won’t have to worry. No matter the size or material, doors built with Sing Core keep their structural integrity for 50 years.
This patented technology is a game changer for large pivot doors. By partnering with top door manufacturers and millworks, Sing Core provides custom panels for high performance and long-term durability.
If your door doesn’t have “Sing Core inside,” you may find yourself dealing with warped doors sooner than you think.
Conclusion: Elevate Your Home with a Sing Core Pivot Door
If you’re designing a high-end home, your pivot door should be as reliable as it is beautiful. With Sing Core’s patented technology, you can have both. Architects, designers, and homeowners trust Sing Core to deliver lightweight, warp-free pivot doors that stand the test of time.
When choosing a door manufacturer, make sure to ask for Sing Core inside to guarantee that your door remains flawless for 50 years. Whether it’s a pivot front door, sliding pivot panels, or custom oversized entry doors, Sing Core offers the precision and durability that other materials simply can’t match.

Each professional Sing wooden door can be guaranteed to remain warp-free for 50 years, including a full structure warranty. This is why Sing Core wood doors are making such a huge impact on the door industry across the USA and abroad.
Any type or style of wood door can be made with Sing Core inside, such as exterior wooden doors, wooden barn doors, interior wood doors, wooden sliding patio doors, wood sliding room dividers, wooden French doors, wood stile and rail doors, just to name a few.
Patented Eco-friendly wooden doors with Sing Core inside are proudly made in the USA, using sustainable manufacturing methods using less energy, with responsible use of recycled and renewable resources, including natural wood fiber, producing little or no waste or loss of energy, leaving a negligible carbon footprint.
There is just no other way to make 20 ft. tall wooden doors that will not warp. Wood is a very difficult resource to use for anything over 7 ft. tall because of its tendency to move, especially in exterior wood doors. For instance a wood door that faces the elements on one side and the structure’s interior on the other is going to warp. That’s why no door company guarantees warp resistance of a wooden door for more than one year, that is, unless it has patented Sing Core inside.
So, how can you get wood doors with Sing Core inside? It’s easy, just go to your favorite architect, door manufacturer, mill work, or custom door company, and tell them what size door you want and be sure to ask for, “Sing Core inside.” We cannot sell or ship Sing Core doors directly to consumers or do it yourselfers, as we are the manufacturer supplying Sing Core door core only to door manufacturers and builders of custom doors.

Here’s an example of a pair of 10 x 12 big oak doors, 3-inches thick. These are made using solid oak wood stave (or planks) trimmed thin at 1/8-inch and applied to patented Sing Core engineered substrate.

The face staves or planks are expertly applied and nearly seamless. If done any other way, these face staves will separate or crack due to movement of the surface area, but because Sing Core does not move, this surface area will remain in pristine condition thanks to inventor Peter Sing’s warp-free contribution to the large wooden door industry.

The secret to making a big oak door, like this, look like a solid oak door is to use matching oak grain stiles and rails for framing. So instead of edge-banding on the panel sides, you see solid oak wood edges which gives this the impression of being a big solid oak wood door.

Wood Stave vs. Wood Ply
Wood stave doors can be very costly to make, especially if you’re looking for a lightweight high strength solution for a warp-free guarantee for 50 years. Using Sing Core inside your wood stave door featuring wood planks from 1/8-inch to 1/2-inch will create more potential for warp due to the nature of natural wood grain. This is the beauty of the more economical wood ply option for building your wood door. Wood ply is far less expensive and has alternating grain orientation which also helps to keep the door straight. Wood plywood is just like any other plywood except for its featuring a particular wood grain predominantly on the surface, and it offers far more strength and reparability over time than a less expensive wood veneer. So, if you’re looking to attain similar visual results of a solid wood door at a fraction of a price you might consider having Sing Core inside your wood plywood door. Be certain to specify what type of natural wood plywood your want, if it is available, you can save thousands of dollars on your beautiful wood door. The most popular wood plywood features woods such as white oak plywood, maple plywood, oak plywood, mahogany plywood, walnut plywood, Douglas fir plywood, knotty pine plywood, and birch plywood just to name a few.
Large Wooden Doors
Large oversized wooden doors are the greatest hurdle facing architects and designers, because though there is little more impressive than a huge wooden door to catch your attention, so the bigger the better, but then there’s the issue with warping, which is a constant struggle for the owner to secure regular maintenance of such a beautiful wood door, likely at least seasonally.
Thanks to having Sing Core inside, you will never have to worry about warping wood doors again. While they are built to last for centuries, each professionally guaranteed Sing wooden door can be non-warping and include a full structure warranty for 50 years. No other Eco-friendly, lightweight, high strength wood door can have such a guarantee in the world.
And what if you’re looking to build a large door out of a material other than a natural wood grain? No problem, your doors could be made out of any available flat building material, such as aluminum doors, cement, concrete, fiberglass (FRP), glass, HPL, Kevlar, LVL, MDF, steel (cold rolled steel, steel diamond plate, galvanized steel, hot rolled steel, etc.) as well as the only unbreakable mirror doors, just to name a few.

When it comes to metal doors, Sing Core is one supportive resource behind the scenes that you may not be aware of, and is the proud creator of some of the best metal doors in the industry.
Although metal doors are traditionally incredibly heavy, Sing Core technology gives architects and door manufacturers the ability to create lightweight doors without compromising strength. This is especially true if you are looking for security doors. Additionally, our doors also have the added benefit of being eco-friendly, made in the USA, insulated, and sound-deadening.
It’s very important that doors be operable, especially pocket doors, bypass sliding doors or double sliding doors. If your metal doors are large in size, or in use as steel security doors, then other challenges must be taken into consideration in the architectural design and specification of your metal doors.

Even though you find the best custom pivot doors with Sing Core inside in the best million dollar homes in the world doesn’t mean you have to be a billionaire to have such prestigious custom doors in your home.
All custom doors considered, custom front doors present the greatest challenge for the manufacturers, especially if they are custom wood doors. Specifying custom wood doors sounds easy; just spec the size of the wooden door, the type of wood you or your client wants to see and the type of door operation, such as a “pivoting;” although, it’s not quite that easy.
For instance, on a 16 ft tall pivot front door made of teak in a high end luxury home many factors come into play. In the first place wooden pivot doors over 7 ft tall are going to warp. This is the primary concern of the pivot door manufacturers, followed by matching the door with the appropriate pivot hinge and other pivot door hardware. Then there is the installation. The size and the weight of the door can cause a great deal of concern in handling, transportation, and installation of the custom pivot door.
Pivot Front Door
A pivot front door leaves a lasting first impression when someone first encounters the structure. To focus on this unique design element opportunity architects and designers are opting for pivot entry door which are large in size and feature an elegant wood grain. The nature of the pivot front door poses challenges because pivot entry doors traditionally face two varying climates, one on the inside of the structure and the other the exterior which may be exposed to the elements and various weather conditions. This is the perfect recipe for a warping pivot door.
Unlike hinge doors, which have hinges along the side of the door to help keep at least one side of the door from warping much, the pivot hinge is anchored only at one point at the top and the other on the bottom of the custom pivot door. That’s it. Unlike hinged doors, you cannot add an additional pivot hinge to help keep the door straight.
Warp-free Pivot Front Door
The advantage of seeking out a proficient custom pivot door manufacturer, is relying on their years of experience in working with specialty custom front doors over their service life. They know what will work, and what will cause problems over the life of a custom pivot door’s service record. They are aware of the challenges faced in dealing with large custom wood doors, and know there is only one way to build wooden pivot doors that will not warp, and that’s with patented Sing Core inside.
50 Year Warp-free Guarantee
Most custom pivot doors are exempt from warranty, or may carry the customary one-year warranty because (and the client is always informed of this before the contract is signed) it is likely that the custom pivot door will warp. Warped pivot doors will create problems for the doors operation, adding pressure to the pivot door hardware and will likely prevent the custom pivot door from securing correctly. While a warp-free custom pivot door will always seal and operate superbly. And unlike any other custom pivot door made today, only custom pivot doors with Sing Core inside are guaranteed not to warp, bend twist, or otherwise fail (including full structure warranty) for 50 years.
Save On Expensive Pivot Door Hardware
Another huge advantage of building your custom pivot door with Sing Core inside is that the resulting large pivot door will weigh in at a fraction of other large custom pivot doors with solid pivot door substrates. The key, here, is the use of a patented vertical grain torsion box/recycled rigid foam insulation composite resulting in the high performance solid core that is high strength (660+ PSI) which is stronger than steel pound-for-pound, yet adds very little weight to the door. Lighter weight custom pivot doors means you save thousands of dollars on pivot door hardware because the hardware is based on the weight of the door.
No more paying many times the price of your custom pivot door on just the pivot door hardware to operate the pivot door safely and securely over time.
That leaves more for your budget to spend on the expensive pivot door hardware that you can see, like the handle on this 16 ft tall teak pivot door which cost many thousands of dollars.
