Oversized Doors | Warp-Free Door Cores | SingCore

About SingCore

SingCore manufactures a patented lightweight, warp-free door cores and oversized door slabs used by architects, millwork shops, and builders across North America.

As door designs continue to grow larger, traditional construction methods often struggle with weight, warping, and size limitations. Large solid wood doors can become extremely heavy and difficult to keep flat over time, especially as heights exceed eight or ten feet.

SingCore door cores allow fabricators to build larger, lighter, and more stable doors without the problems associated with conventional door construction.

Our technology makes it possible to produce oversized pivot doors, tall entry doors, and large flush doors that remain flat while weighing significantly less than traditional solid wood doors.

50-Year Warp-Free Guarantee

SingCore doors are backed by a 50-year warp-free guarantee, providing long-term confidence for architects, builders, and property owners.

Warping is one of the most common problems in large doors. As doors increase in size and weight, traditional construction becomes more susceptible to twisting, bowing, and structural movement.

SingCore door cores are designed specifically to maintain long-term stability, allowing large doors to remain flat and functional for decades.

No Maximum Door Size

Most door manufacturers impose strict limits on door dimensions. These limits are often driven by weight, structural stability, or hardware constraints.

SingCore removes those limitations.

Because SingCore door cores are lightweight and structurally stable, architects and millwork shops regularly use them to build doors that exceed the typical size restrictions found in traditional door manufacturing.

Common applications include:

• oversized pivot doors
• 19-foot doors and taller
• large entry doors
• wide pocket doors
• architectural flush doors
• custom interior doors

Instead of designing around limitations, architects can design doors that match the scale of the space.

Lightweight Oversized Doors

Large doors constructed from solid wood or traditional cores can weigh hundreds of pounds, placing enormous strain on hinges, pivot systems, and structural framing.

SingCore doors can weigh 50 to 70 percent less than comparable solid doors, making them significantly easier to install and easier for hardware systems to support.

Reducing door weight also improves long-term performance by reducing stress on pivots, hinges, and frames.

Built for Architects and Millwork Professionals

SingCore manufactures unfinished door slabs supplied to trade professionals. Millwork shops and fabricators apply their own veneers, laminates, or finishes to complete the door to project specifications.

This approach allows SingCore to support a wide range of architectural door applications, including:

• oversized pivot doors
• flush interior doors
• entry doors
• sliding doors
• pocket doors
• custom architectural doors

Because every door is custom manufactured, SingCore can accommodate unusual sizes, thicknesses, and design requirements.

Custom Door Manufacturing

Every SingCore door slab is built to order.

Doors can be produced with:

• custom dimensions
• custom thicknesses
• MDF, plywood, or laminate-ready surfaces
Suitable for any hardware
• oversized architectural formats

This flexibility allows architects and builders to create doors that would otherwise be impractical using conventional construction.

Made in the USA

SingCore doors are manufactured in the United States, McCleary, WA and supplied to architects, builders, and millwork companies working on residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

By focusing on high-performance door slabs and cores, SingCore allows fabricators to complete the finishing and detailing required for each project while benefiting from a door core designed for large-scale architectural doors.

Our Mission

SingCore exists to help architects and builders create larger, lighter, and more stable doors without the limitations of traditional construction.

With a 50-year warp-free guarantee and no maximum door size, SingCore continues to expand what is possible in modern architectural door design.
