This job required a material that would be extremely strong, rigid, with virtually no flex, yet light weight. James Abke knew this was something almost no one could do. That is why he approached Sing Core, Inc.
The Force Behind Sing Core
Under the supervision of Master Inventor, Sing Core Founder, Peter Sing, we got right to the task, designing this system for maximum performance and lighter weight. Using our patented and patent pending Professional Sing Panels. Sing Core is the best product on the market for these types of applications, because our core is stronger, tested independently in UW labs to be able to withstand 660 PSI of force, up to 90% lighter in weight than solid wood, more versatile, and more visually appealing than any other product on the market.
Because Mr. Abke required only a 1” thickness on his panels, he could not use just any material. He needed the strongest, lightest weight material he could possibly get ahold of. These panels had to be stronger than steel to endure the punishment he had planned for his Mercedes van conversion. This configuration required that the system be able to hold up several hundred pounds of weight without showing any signs of stress. These panels also offer much more insulation and sound blocking capabilities than solid wood or hollow core panels, thanks to Sing Core patented and patent pending technologies.

The icing on the cake was that Mr. Abke’s design was able even able to accommodate a bed. Having a bed in his van allowed him to sleep on location, anywhere.

Miller Blaker came to us with one of the most challenging jobs in the entire world. They needed doors high quality enough to install on the top floor of the most prestigious building in the world. These doors had to be perfectly straight, dimensionally stable, and incredibly strong for use in such a challenging scenario. Miller Blaker required doors that were 16 feet tall, 3 feet wide, yet only 2.25 inches thick. Moreover, we built these doors with a solid oak edge that makes the entire door appear like solid wood with no seam. Only Sing Core can do this!

With the help of Sing Core, Brandner Design’s amazing innovation and design skills made this door one of the most exceptional doors in the world. Many people thought it wasn’t possible to make accordion sliding door room divider walls. No one can shed doubt on these doors, because this video is irrefutable proof.
When their client needed a special door that could divide this room and fit into a recessed receptacle inside the wall, Brandner Design called upon Sing Core to help them with the task. No other company was better suited to the task, because our panels are stronger, straighter, more dimensionally stable, and lighter, so they’re able to accommodate more hardware and stand the test of time, even after hundreds and thousands of uses. This beautiful hot rolled steel man door can be opened and closed very. Check out these beautiful Sing Core doors we manufactured for Jet City Winery. The hot rolled steel appearance gave them the amazing darkened look. We used 20 gauge steel with edge banding, which gave the doors a very heavy look, like solid steel, but with the patented and patent pending Sing Core design, we were able to make them very light.

At this factory, the workers were struggling daily with their large factory door that was warping and twisting, due to environmental factors. Their door was excessively weighty and the door was extremely difficult to open and close. Door functionality was severely impaired, because of warping and twisting. It was also peeling and falling apart, due to poor construction. The managers knew they needed to fix the problem, but not just any door would do. This is why they called upon Sing Core to solve their problems.
Sing Core tackled the problem immediately with their patented solutions. First of all, because of the size of the door, they knew they would need to solve the weight problem.
With our patented and patent pending methods, solved the weight problems. This huge panel measures 12’ x 5’ x 3” thick, yet it only weighs 121 pounds so it can be easily lifted by two men, as you can see in the photo. This demonstrates there are no other panels on the market as light and large as Sing Core panels.
