Tiny House Drivers Wanted

In keeping with the Earth-friendliness of the Sing Tiny House, making the world a better place and creating opportunities for locals, we are reaching out to the community-at-large in search of deliverers with trucks to deliver our Tiny Houses to various locations.

What does it take to be a Tiny House Driver?

Basically, you will need to have your own truck with a trailer hitch. Requirements are minimal as Sing Tiny Houses only weigh 2600 pounds (other tiny houses can weigh up to 10,000 lbs or more) reducing fuel consumption and are easy to tow.

 

Deliveries will be arranged on an independent contract basis, including gas, food and hotel accommodations.

Yes, Sing Core does make the best reinforced structural insulated panels (RSIP) for use in Tiny House applications as walls, floors, ceilings and roofs. We have a huge desire to support the tiny house industry but be aware that we only offer Sing Panels for tiny house construction to professional distribution channels. Since we offer no support for our products (besides what is readily available via our web site). Our operation is not setup to sell our products to people in need of retail customer service. We suggest that you seek answers to any questions about how to use Sing panels by consulting with your engineer, architect, builder or contractor.

Note: We do occasionally offer products direct to the do it yourselfer, like Tiny House panel Kits or Tiny House Surplus Panels. Due to the unique insulated design, the structure can easily be heated in extreme cold by the heat generated by a candle. They also provide a level of privacy that is not afforded by tent-living.

Layaway-10-percent-downLayaway customers must complete our Tiny House Price Quote form, noting the kit that you desire in the comments portion; or alternatively the number, size and type of panels that you desire for your custom tiny house.

Following the receipt of your form you will receive a Layaway Agreement and an invitation to make your down payment.

Layaway Terms and Conditions

Our Layaway program offers customers the opportunity to make small payments over an extended period on eligible items. We offer Layaway for the following products: Sing Tiny House Panel Kits.

*Certain restrictions and exclusions apply.

Terms and Conditions- (1 deposit plus monthly payments)

A deposit of at least 20% of the total price of your order plus all applicable taxes. You may make additional payments at any time.

  • Your contract will be automatically cancelled and ordered merchandise will be returned to stock if you have not made at least 1 payment (10%) every 60 days.
  • You may pay by cash, check, credit card or debit card. Credit card payments will be accepted by phoning our accounts receivable department.
  • You may make upgrades, additions or material changes to this layaway order prior to final payment.
  • If you no longer desire the specified materials you must cancel your order.
  • Special orders, overstock and closeout are not eligible for layaway, unless approved by management or part of a special promotion.
  • You may pay the full balance on your layaway order at any time.
  • Layaway items will be made ready to package and ship following final payment.
  • Layaway contracts are non-transferable.
  • You may request a written record of your payments at any time.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your layaway order at anytime by notifying Sing Core in writing, cancellation request sent to Sing Core, P.O. Box 1691, McCleary, WA 98557.

Your order will be automatically cancelled and ordered merchandise returned to stock:

  • If you have not made at least 1 payment every 60 days.
  • If your balance is not paid in full within two years.

In the event of cancellation, we will credit all monies you have paid towards a future purchase no refunds are given.

If, when you make your final payment, we are unable to provide you with the materials specified in the layaway contract, you will receive a full refund of the deposit and all subsequent payments made under this contract except as provided by law.
