Your door doesn’t have to be steel to be strong. SINGCORE Metal Composite Panels are stronger and lighter than solid steel panels. SINGCORE Aluminum and Steel Honeycomb Panels are also stronger and lighter than overhead steel garage doors, which can be dented by something as small as a golf ball. The torsion box core holds the Sing Metal Panel flat so that it will not warp and sag. A 16lb steel hammer will easily dent a steel or vinyl door, but not a Sing Metal Panel. Because Sing panels are efficient to produce, they are more affordable than solid steel panels.

A 2 in x 2 in piece of Sing Core was tested by the University of Washington and reached 660 PSI. The core grid is more than 10 times the strength of aluminum honeycomb with the same size of grids.

True Flat – Sing Core aluminum will stay straight even the drastic swing by temperature and moisture change.
Fully Insulated – With EPS or urethane foam (R3.5-6.5 per inch).
Sound Deadening – Sing Core panels feel like solid wood panels, they do not sound hollow like other types of honeycomb core.
